Weapons of Okinawa
Classes meet twice weekly for 60-minute sessions and cover training with the bo, sai, tunfa, nunchaku, kama and tekkos.
The curriculum taught at Alpha comes from Okinawa and has been used by countless great masters for hundreds of years. Our instructor’s lineage traces to Hanshi C. Bruce Heilman, President of the International Karate Kobudo Federation and a direct student of the late Seikichi Odo.
